His journey began in his native South Africa, where he entered the security industry at just 18 years old. Since then, he has built a solid foundation in technical expertise and customer-focused service.

In New Zealand, Ivor took his vision a step further by launching TI Security, combining over two decades of experience with a strong drive for innovation and integrity. Known for his approachable nature and honest communication, Ivor is committed to delivering clear, reliable, and tailored security solutions to every client.

Meet Toni – Operations Manager

Toni has been a dedicated professional in the security industry since 2006. She began her career as a night-shift monitoring operator, where she developed a strong foundation in real-time response and client care. Over time, her skill set and leadership qualities led her to transition into operations management.

Today, Toni plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of TI Security. With a sharp focus on efficiency, client satisfaction, and internal coordination, she brings clarity and calm to even the busiest schedules. Her background in customer relations shines through in every client and team interaction.

Our Accreditation & Licensing
