Warranty Policy
  • The manufacturer's warranty will apply wherever applicable. Additionally, any written warranty provided by TI Security and Automation will be considered a part of the terms and conditions of trade. However, it's important to note that TI Security and Automation's warranties do not cover acts of God or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the company, including acts by third parties.

  • If payment for goods and/or services is overdue, then any warranty offered by TI Security and Automation will become null and void. Notification of the cessation of the warranty is not required to be given by the company.

  • TI Security and Automation will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by the misuse, malfunction, failure, inadequate coverage, poor installation techniques, or poor system design of the goods supplied. Alarm systems are installed solely as a deterrent against potential criminals and not as a means of property or personal protection or insurance.

  • Any equipment that is covered under warranty by TI Security and Automation may only be serviced, altered, or adjusted by TI Security and Automation. If equipment supplied by TI Security and Automation is tampered with, adjusted, or serviced (other than in normal day-to-day use) by any other person or company, any warranty offered will become null and void immediately.
